How Do I Eliminate Stress?

Super stressed now and this list made my day! wahaha.

I love how it says Reward Yourself, Relax Yourself, Rest Yourself, Feed Yourself and Enjoy Yourself. hehe. BB Club, Music, Sleep, Food, Going out. Yay! Less guilt ^^
